    Samah Omar, BDS, DDS, MSD We will present some cases demonstrating the novel use of natural teeth in fixed pediatric partial dentures to replace failing traumatized teeth in young patients. We will discuss what is intra osseous anesthesia using diagrams and clinical photos. We will then discuss why this procedure is needed using examples of young children and difficult anesthetic problems. Continuing on, we will discuss where it is used and the specific locations of giving the injections along with specific techniques. We will examine which patients would best be served by this technique and some of the difficulties and possible complications of the technique. At the conclusion of the presentation, we will share experiences of different tricks and methods that have been used successfully by members of the group.

It will contain background information, such as prevalence rates and treatment options, for hopeless or congenitally missing teeth. It will also contain a description of the methodology of providing fiber reinforced composite bridges. Examples of cases will also be reviewed.
