3 hours of learning, 3 hours full of information for the entire dental team about the MOST soft tissue lesions that a busy pediatric dentistry practice will see. The lecture will also cover an aspect of oral medicine in pediatric patients not very well cover in other similar lectures: oral manifestations of systemic disease. The lecture will use several "Real" patients that will walk any day to your office. You will learn how to put together a differential diagnosis, when to refer the patient for a biopsy, and the treatment for the condition (if there is a treatment). You will enjoy this lecture from the beginning until the last slide.

  • Upon completion, participant will be able to describe the MOST common soft tissue lesions in children
  • Upon completion, participant will be able to describe oral manifestations of systemic diseases
  • Upon completion, participant will be able to demonstrate knowledge in when to refer a patient with a soft tissue lesion for further investigation
